The office is calming and comfortable. Obviously, most of us there are experiencing some level of trauma, so the unharried, quiet atmosphere is valuable and appreciated.
I see Dr. Segal, and he is kind, understanding, and extremely respectful of my personal sense of privacy. I am able to claim a self, differentiated from the body he needs to examine or treat.
