The quoted price was competitive, and the technician promptly serviced my portable A/C unit, identifying a blocked filter as the main issue within half an hour. This visit was more efficient compared to a previous company who spent much longer without resolving the cooling problem.
I decided to write a review because the new thermostat has been functioning without issue for over a week, and the technician took the time to explain how to use its features, which was a great help. They installed it in under an hour and ensured all our wiring was compatible before leaving.
Before scheduling the maintenance, I coordinated with building management to ensure everything was in order, and the technician managed to efficiently clean and inspect the entire A/C system in under an hour. His findings showed that a simple filter replacement was needed, which he completed on the spot.
