Avoid her. I sent a message via StyleSeat asking for availability. I didn’t get a response that evening and found another booking. The next day, I got an email confirming a booking for the following day. I tried to cancel 17 minutes after the email came in and also texted her but got a message that I still needed to pay 50% despite not booking an appointment. I sent a message asking how an appointment was booked when I only sent a message about availability and she called back and was very rude and hung up on me.

Don't waste your time here. Even as a long time client, they don't return calls timely and also say you will be put on a cancellation list but never call. They are so overbooked they won't make apportionments. I hope they can be more upfront with their customers.

We aren’t robots but humans. When life happens, the telling of a professional is ability to adjust and show empathy while providing paid services. I communicated with her that an unplanned delay (traffic jam due to an accident) caused some lateness to my appointment. She spent the time being aggressive and argumentative, rather than try to work with me and gain a loyal clientele. I am not pained by her not doing my hair because I ended up getting my hair done for fraction of the cost by someone with a better attitude, my issue is her unnecessary aggression and manner of declining services.
