Jacob came to my home last week for the first quarterly service of the year. I was notified one week prior to his arrival about the upcoming service.
Upon his arrival Jacob knocked on the door to let me know he was here. He asked if I was experiencing and issues, if I needed any inside attention for spiders or ants. Jacob also asked if I would like him to checkout with me before leaving.
