I met Katie shortly before I had knee surgery to repair tears on my meniscus. It had been about 6 months of regular pain, forcing me to refrain from running, working out, or even so much as doing a full body squat without pain and/or an unsettling click. I feel very grateful that I found Katie. I initially came to her hoping to relieve chronic neck and shoulder issues and Katie was able to help me with that and so much more. Her approach is unlike any one I have worked with, she wants to not only help you feel better but teach you along the way. I was referred to Katie Kent by an ND for help with chronic (super-disruptive) neck & shoulder tightness from too many years of computering. Over the years I’ve tried and failed to resolve the issue through frequent visits to chiropractors, acupuncture, exercise classes, massage, postural adjustment and updated workstation ergonomics. Little did I know I’d spend the next 12 months working with Katie to change my structure by learning to crawl, breath, ice-fish, hinge and deadlift.
