I found out earlier this year that my insurance covered 90% of the cost for both massage and acupuncture services. I am so glad that my google searching brought me Therapia for providers. Once or twice a month I see Beth for acupuncture and then Jen for a massage. I would strongly recommend them both. Beth is incredibly sweet and thoughtful. She is constantly bringing new ideas or talking about research she's been reading. I have had acupuncture before that I didn't feel any change from but I really do see improvements after meeting with Beth. Jen deserves a nobel peace prize for the amazing massages that she does. Luckily I found Therapia which is minutes from my house. I suffered a sports injury which required multiple visits over a 3 month period. The level of compassionate care helped me physically and emotionally. If you live in SW Portland give Therapia a try.
