5E Pump has saved me on multiple occasions. I’ve had multiple issues with the water on my property all solved by Aaron and his team in a fair and prompt manner. He has even helped me on a Sunday evening when I had an emergency, free of charge (although I pleaded to let me pay him). If you’re looking for a pump company, look no further.
I had 3 bids to remove my old well pump and install a new one. The first 2 either did not quote what I wanted or did not return my calls for a quote. I contacted 5E and Aaron got right back to me, came out for a visit and quoted me all the options I asked for. On the day of the install, they arrived on time and got right to work. I asked some questions while they worked which they took the time to answer. It took 4 hours from start to finish. I would highly recommend 5E.
I am so impressed with 5E. He communicated promptly, was upfront on pricing and gave me choices, came very quickly during an emergency, and answered all my questions. If I could, I'd give six or more stars.
