Jason promptly returned my call and was able to come out the very same day, which I greatly appreciated. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and after inspecting the situation, he recommended replacing the water heater. He provided a clear quote that I felt was very reasonable, and I agreed to move forward with the installation.
