Imagine my distress when I stepped into the garage for my doggo's kibble, only to see a small 'creek' meandering away from the water heater—from the water cascading down the outside of the tank from the TOP!
GASP! I turned the gas, water, and electricity off, and called my contractor for help. Little did I know I would be referred to plumbing specialists extraordinaire, Principled Plumbing.

So glad we hired Principled Plumbing for our bathroom renovation. They are installing shower Phylrich fixtures and new outdoor shower. The whole team was professional, prompt, and worked with care. Zachary, Michael and George did great work and we felt confident that we were in excellent hands. Zachary installed a beautiful copper outdoor shower for us. So stoked, it’s exactly what we wanted. Nate, the owner, is super communicative and values excellent customer service - it shows and makes a difference. It’s not worth working with a company that is like pulling teeth for responses. You won’t have that with Principled Plumbing and this team. Thanks guys!
