Charged me $220 for diagnostics. When the tech arrived he did not have my phone number so I had no idea he was at my business until I called them and asked. He said he could fix the problem and would send me a quote. I texted him my gmail address. Next day I get a message from them saying they don't have my email address, so I give it to them again. I ask if the quote is coming soon as my tenants are freezing, and he says he'll get it to me by the end of the weekend. That was 4 days ago. So far it's been almost a week. I don't know if they're just super busy or what but this was a very bad experience and a huge waste of $220.

This company goes above and beyond! When our home was out of power for the last four days, one of the Heating Specialist employees, who happens to live in our neighborhood, offered to come over and help my husband wire our generator to our furnace. We have two children, one is a toddler, so being the cold for days was very difficult. He didn't bat an eye and within minutes we were up and running and our kids were able to sleep well in a warm home again.
