“Kelli is hands down one of my favorite people!! I met her when I started Pilates for the first time with her about two years ago. I had mixed feeling about Pilates and wasn’t sure it was for me as I’ve always lifted weights and done cardio instead. I am absolutely obsessed with it!!! She has been with me now through a broken ankle and hip surgery and I am stronger then I ever was doing the other exercises. Our workouts are never the same and always as challenging or easy as my body needs them to be. I actually quit physical therapy for both incidents because the knowledge and experience Kelli brings to the reformer is insane. I healed quicker and better with her. I cannot recommend her and Total Body Pilates enough. Plus I came out with a best friend who I adore!”
