    Kelli is hands down one of my favorite people!! I met her when I started Pilates for the first time with her about two years ago. I had mixed feeling about Pilates and wasn’t sure it was for me as I’ve always lifted weights and done cardio instead. I am absolutely obsessed with it!!! She has been with me now through a broken ankle and hip surgery and I am stronger then I ever was doing the other exercises. Our workouts are never the same and always as challenging or easy as my body needs them to be.     Kelli does a great job with gentle instructions for beginners. I just had my first class with her, and it was also my first time ever using a reformer, and she made me feel so comfortable and supported. I am looking forward to making pilates classes a regular in my workout routine!

    I was nervous to start and the cost can seem a little high but let me tell you…You get FAR MORE than what you pay for with Total Body Pilates. I have had ongoing health issues since 2019 and a surgery. All of which left me with chronic pain, muscle imbalances, and patterns I need to correct. Kelli is incredibly knowledgeable about body mechanics and pays close attention to my form. She listens and responds with alternatives when I am having difficulties or a pain flare up. She is encouraging in her instructions and corrections, offering helpful cues to help me correct my form and focus.
