She did a good job of understanding my on-going activities including gym workouts and integrating the physical therapy with those activities. Organization/location has robust easy to use tech platforms for scheduling, payments and documenting exercise regimes. Strongly recommend Benchmark and Claire Herwehe for guys needing pre and post surgery pelvic floor therapy.”

I'm nearly recovered from my fourth lumbar spine injury in 20 years (3 rear end collisions and a slip and fall on some ice). At 62, this last MVA really had me hurting and on the sidelines. Chiropractic treatment and massage helped a little but not much other than pain management for five months. It's been the top quality PT I've received at InReach from Tyler and company for the last two months or so that have not only healed me but has left me stronger than before my injury. Everybody at this clinic is friendly and helpful. They're experts at their profession. I hope I won't need physical therapy again but if I do I know exactly where to go!”

“I have been going to Paxon studio and formally Gudmestad Studio for over 10 years. Every single teacher is fantastic. All teachers focus on proper alignment and using props when needed. I always feel safe in knowing I won’t hurt myself and my strength has vastly improved along with flexibility. Classes are taught by terms and it’s easy to make up classes missed. There is also special focus classes and yoga retreats. I highly recommend this studio!”

“I was injured in an accident, and the resulting back issue became entrenched during the 18 months I suffered before being referred to Dr M by one of his thrilled patients - a paralegal at my attorney's office.<br>For me, basic, impossible to avoid, activities of living (walking, sitting!), kept reactivating a terrible spasm. I couldn't believe how many different tricks the doctor had up his sleeve, from traction to pressure points with SO many different approaches in between. I have some background in Western medicine as well as more Eastern approaches like massage, but Dr. M taught me SO much, always clearly explaining the work flow. The mechanics of my own body, of course, but also what to ask and be alert about when seeing other types of practitioners - including some of their common mindsets and rationales. Just as others have said here, his knowledge is incredibly broad and deep.
