I worked with two therapist at Bench Mark Therapy, Kelsey and Paulynn. I had the most enjoyable and effective Physical Therapy experience. They were kind, patient,friendly, and made you feel relaxed and welcomed.Thanks to their personalized aporoach-hands-on-care, and excellent home exercises, I am now back to doing what I love. The entire staff is professional, encouraging, and truly cares about your recovery. Thank you for all you did in regaining functioning in my left arm and shoulder.
Without Elle, I would still not be walking right.
My idiot podiatrist was convinced I just had tendinitis and after months of PT, Elle was convinced something else was going on so she suggested an orthopedist. As it turns out, I had a cyst in one of my joints. One steroid shot and I’m walking around like nothing ever happened.
I had been dealing with foot issues for 2 YEARS and when no doctor would listen to me, Elle did. I’m extremely grateful to her for all she’s done.
The entire staff is amazing! Brianna handles the insurance stuff like a guru! I love all of them and after a year of going there, They feel like friends.

Referred to Benchmark by Kaiser for male pelvic floor therapy. Great experience with Claire Herwehe who is a skilled practitioner. She did a good job of understanding my on-going activities including gym workouts and integrating the physical therapy with those activities. Appreciated her working knowledge of the pelvic floor recovery process and key milestones. Organization/location has robust easy to use tech platforms for scheduling, payments and documenting exercise regimes. Strongly recommend Benchmark and Claire Herwehe for guys needing pre and post surgery pelvic floor therapy.
