Ryan at Happy Valley Therapydia was a fantastic physical therapist. He was so knowledgeable. I was recovering from ACL reconstruction surgery, and was not happy with my previous therapy. When I met Ryan I knew he was going to be exactly what I needed. He listened to my concerns and goals and created a program to get me back in shape for all the sport activities I wanted to get back to. He was informative, challenging and supportive. Within 6 months I was back to enjoying my life.I am so grateful for Therapydia!

My workouts seem tailored so that I could use the recourses I have at home to meet my goals. Ryan made sure that my exercises met my lifestyle and needs. That's why I've returned to Therapydia for my PT needs.

Love this place! Came in because my doctor thought maybe my migraines might be caused by some neck issues. Totally worth a shot! Ryan helped me tremendously, and gave me an incredibly useful exercise plan to help with not only my stiff neck, but also some back and core strength too. After a month of sticking to that exercise routine, I felt much stronger, particularly just going up and down stairs more easily! Love that the exercise plan comes with a website with videos, so for someone like me with poor short-term memory, having a reference to fall back to was incredibly valuable!
