“I have used Hughes 3 times since purchasing my condo in November 2020. The first time was to fix multiple electrical issues in the home when I moved in. And the last 2 times were due to me blowing out the circuit and messing up the switch. Those 2nd times both happened at about midnight and Hughes had someone at my door 7am that morning to fix it. Curtis and Matt have both been fantastic in helping me with all my electrical needs around my home. They are extremely knowledgeable, they are very kind, and they are fast(which matters when you are paying by the hour). One of the times they didn’t even charge me because it was a quick fix.And their front office is always super nice when I call them too! “John Kelso was very professional and a down right nice man. He listened to my issues with the garbage disposal outlet not working. He took only five minutes to find out what the problem was. It was not the outlet but the disposal itself. He proceeded to fix the issue and was done in 15 minutes. He then showed me what to do in the event that same issue ever happened. I took several of his business cards and handed them out to the neighbors. He'll stay on my list if ever needed.“

The problem was taken care of despite the fact that it happened on a weekend and it was not an emergency. It was handled with care. That what makes me feel good about this company! The guy who came was knowledgeable and fast. Efficient. He also had all the parts that would be needed to fix/replace what was broken. I will be hiring them again if I need an electrician.“
