This is a second home, so I had driven over for the appointment and just 30 minutes before the technician was due to arrive, I discovered that the gas company had assigned the wrong meter number to my residence and no work was actually needed. Airrow Heating canceled the appointment without any hassle and refunded my entire $115, no questions asked. They have earned a new customer, and will be my first call for any future heating needs!“
