“Of course my heater went out as soon as the weather turned cold. On October 27 I called Airrow heating.. their first available appointment was November 15. Then I called Schneidecker who's first available appointment was November 17. My next call was to Groth Gates. They had an appointment available October 30 ?. Of course I took it. The service man was supposed to be here between 2:00 and 3:00. Paul arrived at 2:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem and said a part would have to be ordered and that the office would call me with an estimate. The office did call and gave me a break down of the cost and said it would be 7 - 10 business days for the part to come in. . They called on November 10 and said the part would be in on the 13th and they could do the repair on Tuesday the 14 the bet 11:00 - 12:00. Paul arrived at 12:30. He promptly made the repair and was on his way to the next cold person. I'm toasty warm and sooooooo happy with Groth Gates. Thank you Groth Gates and thank you Paul.“
“Called with a heating emergency in our warehouse. The wonderful folks at Airrow H&SM squeezed us in and within an hour of arriving we got heat back! After suffering for a very cold week with another company giving us bad service we called Airrow. They really warmed our hearts...lol. Thanks team!!“
