Of course my heater went out as soon as the weather turned cold. On October 27 I called Airrow heating.. their first available appointment was November 15. Then I called Schneidecker who's first available appointment was November 17. My next call was to Groth Gates. They had an appointment available October 30 ?. Of course I took it. The service man was supposed to be here between 2:00 and 3:00. Paul arrived at 2:30. He quickly diagnosed the problem and said a part would have to be ordered and that the office would call me with an estimate. Once they charged us for work that didn't take place but eventually reversed that charge. I had to make a complaint on a separate matter. Joe was very receptive and motivated to take care the issue. Joe's handling of my complaint was swift and respectful. This is why i would definitely give them my business again!

Was looking for a couple of central Oregon coast retailers to give me bids on installing a wood burning stove in my garage/work shop. I called Coast Hearth & Home. Wasn't overly excited about what I would learn from them based on their reviews.Having done this kind of work for myself in the past I wanted to hear what they had to say. A very nice gentleman in a very nice vehicle arrived soon to take a literal second or two to look around.
