“Cascade North West is a very professional company with attention to every detail of the project start to finish. When Andy came out the first time to the house to discuss the project some of his first words were “ I am not a tailgate contractor “. I wanted a contractor here in molalla so I did not have to deal with someone out of town in Oregon city or Salem. We were moving in with our daughter because I am having some health issues and we needed to build an addition to her home that was ADA construction. MOPO Design Studio, LLC from Molalla, who I also highly recommend, gave me permit-ready prints for an attached 725 living unit for my wife and I consisting of a kitchenette’ dining living room area, bedroom and an ADA bathroom. Seth the project leader and his crew were very knowledgeable quality oriented people. During the project Andy's company was on top of every detail that needed doing. Andy’s subs were all people he had used the past 10 years. That was very reassuring to me that Andy was not using any sub he found off the street. As usual in any project there are minor bumps in the road. Andy’s people jumped in and took care of them and most of the time, even before I knew there was an issue. Andy pointed out a couple issues in the existing house construction that needed to be remedied and fixed them with my approval. He was not one just to go on with a project and not tell the homeowner about them. If you are looking for someone to do a project no matter what size you will get a top quality worry free project completed for you in a timely manner. When Seth came by after our addition was done he asked my wife and I how we liked our new mini home attached to our daughter's home. My wife and I replied at the same time to Seth. It was perfect.“
