Norco Medical has standout employees who ensure customers receive their orders and provide excellent service. The person at the front desk is helpful and gracious. Emily, the respiratory tech, is great and spent as much time as needed to be sure of a good choice, helping with a good mask fit for a CPAP machine and correcting an error in the machine set up. Brenda also went out of her way to show a caring heart to solve a problem, eager to get help with a CPAP machine. Overall, Norco Medical is appreciated for its top-tier service and dedicated staff.
I was traveling from out of state, and my long cannula hose broke. I contacted Norco in Milwaukee Oregon and they provided me the hose and cannula and did not even charge me. They could have, because they're not even my provider, but they didn't. I highly recommend this company as a provider. Sadly, I live in South Texas and Norco is a Northwest company. Thank you Norco.

She was friendly, articulate, thorough, and personalized her instructions to each one of us in the class. I’ve only been on a CPAP a short couple years and had a wonderful experience with the Portland office a couple years back when starting usage. Just finished up an engagement with the Milwaukie office and couldn’t be more pleased with their professionalism, service and compassion.
