Jim Forster was a wonderful miracle worker! The people I care-give for got confused and thought their order was ready. I showed up to pick it up and found out the order was in fact NOT ready.

Jim worked his magic and filled the order for me.

Poor communication, poor dispatch service, poor communication in office. Miscommunication between departments.
However both delivery gentlemen were professional, very friendly, very kind. The team was able to resolve everything and get everything squared up. A 1 star review has become a 4 star review for the team getting it done!

Norco Medical in Milwaukie, OR provided an excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was warm, courteous, and knowledgeable. The location was easy to access, and the front desk staff was very welcoming.

Emily was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Our one-on-one session was thorough and included helpful printouts and take-home guides, I felt well supported and informed. Thanks, Emily!
