Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience here overall. The poor customer service received overtime has made me feel the need to leave a review. They never communicate with you effectively, refuse to provide good service to customers, and almost always neglect you. It's truly unfortunate because this was, once upon a time, a well-respected company. It's saddening to see how far down the drain they've gone. I genuinely hope they improve their customer service.
