They took time out of their day when we didn't have an appointment but we were all there to be able to make decisions to help us.”
“Timely, responsive and kind, however my cat who normally doesn't flinch at needles, bolted from the 1st sedative shot. Seemed like a big needle and not calming for either my cat or myself during her last seconds on earth.😘😿 I would suggest smaller needles for smaller pets and in the thigh rather than the neck for the 1st shot if possible.”
