I've been to a few of their classes now with several diff instructors & every class has been great!! The teachers are all so warm & welcoming & they do a fantastic job at taking us through flows. I feel like there is a good range of intensities throughout the classes. This yoga studio feels so accessible & inviting. I see more diversity in the humans attending classes here which is something that is important to me. I also don't think they charge you a mat rental fee if you forget your mat which is awesome (but I could be wrong about that). Will def continue to come back!
I'm from out of state, and when I visit my daughter I try to take a yoga class if time allows. She recently moved to Milwaukie, and I've taken classes with Alegra a couple of times. Her sequencing and knowledge of yoga is excellent. I'll definitely be back!
