Updated Review July 2026. Valley immediate care is still great for urgent situations, but not urgent enough to warrant an ER trip. They handle car accidents well, lab on site is great for when xrays are needed, and the staff is still awesome. Never had a bad experience at the South Medford VIC and every provider I have seen has always been thoughtful, caring and considerate. Some even with a great sense of humor. Front desk workers always greet patients with a smile and good attitude. My wait time this go around wasn't too bad at all. I was checked in, xrays, results and everything within 2 hours. I sliced the end of my knuckle off while multi-tasking. Apparently kitchens are a dangerous place. Lol.. David Greene patched me up and all is well so far with the finger. The only drawback was a somewhat long wait but it is a drop-in clinic and I didn't check in online or it would have been shorter.
