What a great experience, considering I was at an urgent care! They listen to my concerns, addressed my affliction, and gave me great care! I’m glad I happen to be in Medford when I was hit with this kidney stone!

Reception, nurses, FNP were all excellent!!
Need to work on XRay, as I sat in waiting room ALONE and watched 3 people who followed me go ahead of me (all with non-urgent conditions as I heard their issues) and when I asked the XRay guy, he loudly said, “Go sit down in the waiting room and I will call you.” I told him 3 people went ahead of me and asked if I was on his list and he would not check. Went to reception and asked her to check and I was on list but “she can’t tell”where I am in the order. XRay guy finished up all but 1 other person then went to reception. Only then I was called. Something is broken in the system, and Mr. XRay should be nicer.

I had a good experience. The check in staff was extremely nice and patient with me when checking in. The nurse was very nice and courteous. And the doctor had good bedside manor. Listened carefully to me with explaining how I feel and was thuro with running the proper tests to come to a final diagnosis
