From the very first conversation through installation and well beyond, every team member has been incredibly trained, professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and responsive. They were thoughtful before the install, meticulous during it, and just as attentive afterward — which meant everything to us, especially coming off the heels of a very poor experience with a different company in Klamath.

Metal Masters has been taking care of my HVAC needs for over 10 years. Pete Brown recently came out and did the annual maintenance l. As always, he is very efficient and professional. Metal Masters is at the top of the class!

Had some rattling issues with my new air conditioning unit. A new part was ordered right away and was installed as soon as it arrived (just a couple days) by Trenton Kingsbury. He was on time, professional and proficient in his work. I have to say~ it's cool to have a well working air conditioner! Totally happy with Metal Masters!!
