I have learned so much about the real estate industry and the process of buying and selling homes over the years from Tammy. She has been an incredible mentor and supportive member in our community. As soon as I am in the position to buy a house, she will definitely be the person who helps me find the place that is right for me!

Tammy Ehrenfelt was an amazing realtor for us. She answered all questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and getting the best value. She worked tirelessly to get us into our first home on a short deadline. We definitely couldn’t have done it without her and we will use her for any of our future buying and selling needs.

This review is long over do! I recently relocated to Lincoln City, (6 months ago) how long can I say I'm new to town? I was traveling the Northwest looking for a new gig. Left the corporate world behind and was determined to live on or near the water in a Coastal town! I did not know a soul here and immersed myself into the city and heard numerous times that I should contact John Iwamura. So I did. Four months later I never tire of my view of the water in my little dream house on Devil's Lake. After three separate attempts at purchasing a property John remained diligent in my quest. Always patient, always a phone call away to direct me and answer my questions. I felt in very capable hands, especially in this new area. Our relationship did not stop after we closed. I now work with John and his wife Lynda in their Real Estate Business. I like the approach they take and the passion and dedication to be the best at what they do for their clients success. They continue to play a big part of my integration into Lincoln City, as they have been members of the community for over 10 years! I have found that many of John's clients remain in touch, whether it's a referral for a friend or family member, to sell the home he originally helped them buy or just hanging out. John Iwamura, he's your guy!
