Nadine is the best there is on the Oregon Coast! We didn't know much about the coast when we first started looking for a family vacation home but after calling a few realtors we knew Nadine was the most knowledgeable to help us with this process. Nadine was fabulous through the whole home-selling experience. While the market was challenging with interest rates and the general slow-down she really pushed to get a really great listing and as many people as possible into our house. She walked us through the experience and made it a very pleasurable experience.Her suggestions on staging the house and how to make it more attractive really helped, and she even provided a final list of reminders at the point we signed the paperwork so we'd remember to do things like cancel utilities and insurance.
