We (my wife and I) have bought/built and sold five homes since we've been married ('bout 50 years -- yeah, I'm an old f**t). Alisha has been the most responsive, knowledgeable, and competent agent we've ever had. We were pretty indiscriminate about when we asked questions and requested info, and Alisha was always very fast with replies, regardless of time of day, day of week, or where she was at the time. A few issues came up during the sale, but her experience and advice was always spot-on for the best resolution, and saved us money and time. I highly recommend Alisha for the following reasons: very knowledgeable, quick to respond, great personality, worked solely on my behalf, and she volunteered to help out packing and cleaning. Also, her husband and a co-worker stepped in to help us move out when we were late in getting out.
