Samara was a breath of fresh air. She took her time and explained everything to me before and during my hair treatment. Before and after pictures were incredible. I had an amazing experience with Sarah! She was quick and replying to my messages, stayed friendly and professional the whole time and kept me comfortable. She is knowledgeable at her craft and kept me comfortable/asked how I was feeling during the whole process. She went above and beyond to keep me around the budget I was envisioning and I came out looking the exact way I wanted! She was understanding when I had a hiccup with my payment method and waited for me to figure it out and was so sweet the whole time.
