I want to start first by saying that I really do appreciate both Josh and his crew members. Our overall work relationship had some rocky moments, but the overall experience can be deemed positive. When working with Vera, do make sure everything you’re expecting to be completed is written up in the final signed contract (despite any verbal agreements.) Also, please anticipate that the construction site will not be 100% cleaned up both during construction and at the end. The aforementioned statement is not meant to reflect poorly on Vera, but just to help set personal expectations for anyone who may work with them in the future.

Highly recommend Vera Construction. Josh and his team did an impressive job repairing a rotted structural beam on our home. They were on time and reliable. They took pictures and documented the entire process from start to finish. My husband and I are quite pleased with the work done. We will be using Vera again for future projects!

Josh and his crew did an amazing job with our roof. They were quick to respond, showed up on time, and were extremely professional. They got our roof done very quickly. The communication from Josh was top notch and to receive the professional follow up email right was a pleasure to find in my email up on completion of the job. I highly recommend Vera Construction!
