Moved in January 2025, moved out June 2025. The house had issues, clearly left in rough shape but habitable as I needed somewhere immediately.
My problems were promptly addressed except for the fireplace fluke cleaning, as the owner didn’t want to do it. Aside from the issues, they acknowledged it wasn’t in the best shape. In business I appreciate honesty and that’s what I got. I cleaned before moving out and hoped I wouldn’t have some $600 random charge for cleaning or damage etc, nope….I never got that. Instead I got a FULL security deposit refund. This tells me everything I need to know about this company. They aren’t interested in scooping a few hundred out of the deposit, they have been the most honest and forward company I’ve ever worked with in my time in real estate. Thank you guys so much. It’s not often I don’t have to fight over simple dwelling but it’s good to know that good companies still exist when renting. I hope my property managers perform as well as you do.

I can not say enough nice things about the salon. I booked with Mariah, and she has done exactly what I've asked for. The ladies who work there are all nice, and everyone I saw come in and leave appointments looked amazing. The first time I came in, I had done some things at home, which did not make my hair healthy enough for what I wanted. Mariah corrected my hair colors and sent me home with the products I needed to fix it. 6 weeks later, I came back, and she did an amazing job. They're very good on product reccomendations, pricing and a very overall friendly experience. Their store also has some great finds. I highly reccomend if you're new to the area or need a new stylist.

Living the Dream Barbershop in Hermiston provides excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Both barbers are professional and skilled. The younger barber cut my son’s hair and was very detail-oriented, taking his time to ensure a clean, precise result.
Regular cuts are $30, veterans receive a discounted rate, and beard trims are just $10. The shop is clean, sanitary, and has a comfortable waiting area, which makes the overall experience even better.
Highly recommend this barbershop for quality service and professionalism. We will definitely be returning, booking my husband’s appointment next.

Switching stylists can be a little scary. Having said that, Heather made me feel at ease and confident in her capabilities. My haircut is just how I asked her to copy from a 30 year old photo on my phone gallery. She gave me ideas and suggestions before doing anything. They did an Awesome job cleaning up some old wires at my mobile home park, and Did the work for free because they felt it was too small of a job to charge for. They sure didn't have to do that. I was ready to pay the base rate. Great communication, prompt and I'm very happy.

Dr Turnbull is an excellent chiropractor. He gets me right in. He is fast but very efficient. If you ever have plantar fasciitis, he does Cold Laser. Its amazing!
My family has been going to the Peterson Clinic for years. Dr. Kris and his entire team is fabulous! They have helped us with everything from shoulder pain and sports physicals to neurofeedback and treatment of ADHD. Dr. Kris is also a faithful Christian which is amazing for us.
I've been using their services for over a year now for maintenance. When I started I was not able to sleep and my hands kept loosing function. With their help I sleep again and I no longer have issues with my hands.

Sherri is such a fantastic massage therapist. This was the second or third time that I have been in to see her. She's one of the few massage therapist that actually performs deep tissue correctly without going light. But she is very good at reading her clients level of tolerance and feeling what their body needs.
