Great Clips Hermiston offers affordable haircuts for men, women, and kids, along with other hair care services. The salon is open evenings and weekends, with no appointment necessary, and walk-ins are welcome. Customers have reported friendly staff, particularly stylists like Stephanie, who provide great haircuts and a pleasant experience. The salon is popular, and many customers appreciate the affordable prices and convenient hours. However, some have mentioned inconsistent service, with long wait times, often exceeding two hours, and online reservations not always available. Despite this, the salon maintains a friendly environment, where every customer is treated with dignity and respect, whether they are signed in or a walk-in. The stylists, such as Sanora and Stephanie, are described as great and fun, making the experience enjoyable, especially for the kids.
I want to thank Miss Steph for giving my Grand Sons the best haircut experience!!She was so kind and patient with my ticklish boys!! I watched her give a haircut to a homeless man before us and she was so sweet to him!! I also seen her do a couple of other cuts with no tips!! Thank you again...I have shared your kindness with everyone I know!!!
I have always had a very good experience at this location. The stylists are very friendly and do a great job. They get very busy at different times and I strongly recommend using online check in.
I love going to the Hermiston Plaza. Great clips shop. I’m treated with dignity and respect. I love the ambience and friendly environment provided for every customer whether you are signed in or just simply a walk-in.
