“Brendan redid our 1980's era bath. When you're in the house while remodeling it's good to have someone you are comfortable with and Brendan is an affable guy. He is also an excellent fabricator: the fit of the tub surround and the floor, despite the tub nook's lack of square the floor's many nooks and projections, were excellently done. He also recreated the front of the vanity, cutting new doors and drawerfronts. Brendan can be relied on to make decision for you that are appropriate - he picked the paint sheen, replaced electrical outlets that were outdated etc. His paint prep and execution were excellent as well. We are happy with the result!“

We called our contractor, Jeff, the owner of Next Level Building and Remodeling. Even though this was an urgent and unscheduled request, his team managed to divert crews from other jobs to complete the conversion.

Jeff walked us through every step of the process, explained what to look for in the materials we needed, and even offered helpful suggestions on where to shop. His team blended floor tiles, replaced waterproofing, installed custom wall tile, modified drainage and plumbing, installed fixtures and doors to match our choices, and finished by painting the entire bathroom. Everything was done with exceptional cleanliness and craftsmanship.

The project resulted in a beautiful new walk‑in shower, an updated tile floor layout, and fresh paint throughout the space. We couldn’t be happier, and we would not hesitate to recommend or hire Jeff and his team again.“

Unsurprisingly, it needed more work done than originally anticipated (my patio's fault, not the contractors') but they were able to be flexible with the schedule and communicated really well with everything that was happening - including sending lots of pictures as I was not in town to observe the work in person. “Prior to hiring Northwest Renovation my front porch on my 1906 four-square was sagging due to its age and long-term water damage. Justin was the only company that provided me with a reasonable quotation to fix the problem areas with the porch. Two other companies suggested quoted for replacing the entire porch.
