“We used Pacific for a siding project on a rental property. It was a 2 story duplex. We were very happy with the entire process - all the way from the bidding, through the actual siding work and then the painting. They did a great job of working with our property manager to keep the tenants informed of the work as well as communicating with us all along the way. At the end of the project we did a walk-around and noticed just a couple of minor things that we thought needed to be taken care of.
