NW Seismic retrofitted our foundation to connect to our home’s framing. An expert visited the house, explained how and why the retrofit would work, and provided a fair price. The work was timely, professional, and done in a day. There was a small miscommunication on placement of a bracket, which they corrected the same day, as well as the cost and process for if they encountered lead paint (they resolved that professionally and amicably too). A couple years later they went above and beyond and were willing to offer some seismic advice on some chimney work we were planning.

Friendly, professional, and quality people who care about their community. I called earlier today about an upcoming project and it quickly became apparent that it was outside of their area of service.
