There was great attention to detail, very timely report (came back same evening) - about 45 pages, with summaries, images, and suggestions for repairs. Ken was thorough and kind enough to explain the issues he spotted. His pricing is fair, and he is prompt with the reports (we got the home inspection and radon testing). I hope to never move again, but if I do and it's in the area, I'll use Ken.
I recently worked with Key Home Inspector on a home inspection completed on April 7, 2026, for my buyers, and I was very impressed with the experience.
