I recently worked with Key Home Inspector on a home inspection completed on April 7, 2026, for my buyers, and I was very impressed with the experience. The inspector was extremely thorough while evaluating a 1,500+ sq. ft. manufactured home, taking the time to carefully review all key components of the property.

Ken Newell, home inspector was efficient in the inspection of my home. He took the time to walk me through all deficiencies and helped me greatly on prioritizing which repairs needed immediate attention. When buying a home it's integral for owner to know what's urgent, what's not, what can endanger you. Without his expertise and advice on serious problem areas (my gas heater not venting to code) I could have injured myself or dog. I greatly appreciated his diligence and effort.
