Upon arriving, they were taking safety precautions very seriously and it was super clean. I watched someone come disinfect after every interaction. On top of that the nurse who walked me to the room was so kind and personable. She was very welcoming and overall very helpful. I saw Dr. Pena and he was an absolute delight. Very kind and knowledgeable and in the same breath very reassuring. He took a couple of biopsies off me and the procedure was completely painless and super quick.
