Checked into practice with no problem. Got into have stitches removed and got in early and Emily was very helpful answering my question on how to take care of surgery area. Very helpful
My visit was great, but the problem happened when I first made the appointment. I asked if my insurance would cover the visit. She didn't know and said someone in billing could help and transferred me to the billing department. I won't post her name, but she was very rude, short and snarky and acted as if I was really bothering her. It almost made me cancel my appointment. Once I got there, everyone in the office was very nice. Management, if you want to know her name feel free to call me.
Kelli Farm helped both me and my daughter with dermatology issues. I have been to multiple dermatologists and was growing very frustrated, the prescription Ms. Farm wrote, resolved the issue. She seems more familiar with african american skin, and appears to care more about the wellbeing of her patients.
