I've seen Chris at Benessere several times for some neck, back and shoulder issues. Chris is great to work with. He takes time to explain his recommendations and he's always very gentle with his adjustments. Benessere also has private Pilates classes in their studio next door. I really enjoy doing Pilates at Benessere because they understand how to work with various injuries with individualized modifications.
Jarett and Chris are keen and EXCEPTIONAL chiropractors who use a variety of modalities for adjusting and working with the body’s natural abilities to heal. They are sensitive and in tune with what’s needed and will make a difference!
Chris is extremely professional and has a really positive outlook on physical healing. I’ve been going to him on and off for years for different issues and I consistently get great results. I highly recommend this clinic.
