“I love the Fit&Fusion class with Jessie, in which I get a very dynamic, full-body workout that is balanced, highly functional, and always challenging as well as mentally stimulating. The trainers here care about having a fun time but provide serious workouts and you can tell they care about safety, mobility and sustainability for their clients. Always a clean setup in a smaller gym.

The studio is on the lower level and shares a building with other businesses but there is good signage once you park in the parking lot outside of the ground floor credit union.“
