I have been with OMG group since the beginning. All of the doctors over the years have been good. However I recently had an appointment with Heidi Semple, NP. I left feeling cared for as if I had been with an old school family doctor of the past. It was the first time in many years that I felt as though the appointment was not hurried. I left the clinic with a smile on my face, and feeling like I have a personal angel looking over my health.
The people here are amazing and very professional! I needed to get some things straightened out with my sons doctor so he could get a much needed refill, the wonderful lady who I spoke with sent a message to his doctor and sent a refill for my sons prescription to his pharmacy. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!
I arrive and was immediately helped by the very nice receptionist.My appt was on time and the Doctor I saw was very kind and listened to my concerns. He checked out my concerns and made prognosis . Wrote me prescriptions and off I went.I was very happy with my treatment !
