Dr. Pellett is awesome! I was nervous about starting with a new primary after my last providers retired. But I was so happy with my first appointment. Everyone was friendly, I didn't have to wait long to be seen, and my concerns were all validated and taken seriously.
I have been with Springfield Family Physicians for a Number of Years Have always been treated well Granted have had a few different doctors, bur never because of any issues, they just went elsewhere. I always refer this place to others Schedules are kept They even have an obnoxious AI that informs you of your appointment on text, email, calls a lot At least you wont forget your appointment
