Hands down the best experience with a doctor. Fainally a doctor that gets me…just had to wait 53 yrs for that to happen. The doctor took the time to discuss issues and solutions. I did not feel rushed. Keep in mind that meant my appointment went long so I am sure that might be an issue some folks have. I would personally rather have a doctor take their time and be thorough and caring. If that means I wait an extra 30 minutes so someone else has that same experience, that works for me!
I've had nothing but positive interactions with the staff here and my doctor Peter Hill. They listen to my needs and take care of me in a timely fashion. They take the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. Ive been going here for many years now.
I’ve had the pleasure of having Dr. Colmenero as my provider for about a decade now. He has always been super knowledgeable and helpful with whatever I needed. Getting appointments with him can sometimes take a little while but I have found it is generally worth it unless it’s a huge emergency. He obviously cares about his patients and loves what he does from my perspective. Have always had positive interactions with him and always leave those appointments feeling encouraged and like I have a solution. Excellent provider and the suzanne way location is absolutely the way to go with Northwest Medical Homes.
