The staff, especially Emile, are highly praised for their excellent customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to meet guests' needs, such as arranging secure parking for larger vehicles. The surroundings are quiet and pleasant, with nearby parks and colorful fall foliage. The hotel is also recognized as a hidden gem—clean, dog-friendly, and offering free homemade cookies in the evening. This motel is perfectly located for our needs. The staff are always helpful and the rooms neat and clean. 12/2/25 working on replacing carpet, but they have been very discreet as I've only seen work done, not in progress.
They have cookies at night and a great breakfast in the morning.
CLEAN, the room was good and the pool/jacuzzi and gym were absolutely spotless- this is almost NEVER the case at any hotel. It was unexpectedly spa like. All the staff were above and beyond with perfect hospitality skills. It’s a La Quinta but this was a resort-level staff. Please give them all raises and understand that you have a stellar team. I won’t be staying anywhere else whilst in Eugene moving forward.
Check in was definitely quirky and my experience and kinda odd at the same time, but for the most part, I could tell, the person checking me in was genuine and had a nice attitude and thats all you can really ask for the room it self was clean and spacious although the refrigerator was a little loud I would still definitely stay here again.
