EVEN Hotel Eugene, an IHG Hotel, is a comfortable and accommodating establishment that caters to both business and leisure travelers. Despite challenges during a recent ice storm, the staff displayed exceptional friendliness and helpfulness, ensuring guests' needs were met.

The hotel features impressive amenities, including a comfortable bed that guests have described as the "best ever" in any hotel. Rooms are clean and well-equipped, offering features like yoga mats, blocks, and resistance bands for those who enjoy staying active. Although the hotel’s location may not be the most ideal, it provides nearby walkable resources and convenient freeway access.

Guests have noted areas for improvement, particularly the breakfast experience, which could offer better value. Additionally, there have been inconsistencies in the hotel’s responsiveness to guest requests, such as providing extra towels or restocking coffee. Some guests pointed out that the slippery shower tiles in the rooms could pose a safety concern.

Overall, EVEN Hotel Eugene, an IHG Hotel, offers a comfortable stay, especially for those seeking an active-focused experience. The dedicated staff, along with pet-friendly policies, creates a welcoming atmosphere for both business and leisure travelers. While some enhancements to amenities and responsiveness could improve the guest experience further, the hotel remains a solid choice for visitors.
