Clean, friendly, great location. Complimentary glass of wine or beer. Endless bottled water and snacks. Ice is prepackaged for you. Any room service goes into the butler pantry so you are not disturbed.
Wonderful rooms - very quiet, slept very well, spacious room and bathroom. One of best designed hotel rooms I've been in. Very clean. Friendly staff. Quality throughout. Excellent location as well.

What they have done at The Inn at the 5th is extraordinary. Truly a time to remember. I massively appreciate Cecilia and the whole customer service team so bright and helpful and also Fin always had a smile. The location, the room, the bed (soft), the tub and fire place. It all made the night away from home feel like we traveled somewhere distant. Well done team. You all made a fan and bragger of the 5th through me! Only recommendation for staying IN Eugene if you want romantic and a truly serene getaway. Worth every dollar spend with a smile 🥰 Thank you.
