I have an older blind that needed repair. I took it to VSC. A worker from the back came to help and worked on the blind for 20-25 minutes. He said the blind worked, but if I had two small parts replaced at a cost of approximately $30, the blind would be like brand new. I left the blind for the repair. A few days later I was called and told the blind was working perfectly and didn't need the parts replaced. Because no work was actually done, I was told to pick up the now-working blind at no charge. We have been doing business with VSC for over twenty years including purchasing and installing shades throughout our house and outdoor retractable shades. During this time we have received impeccable service including warranty work, installation and in store advice. We recently brought a Hunter Douglas Shade in for a minor repair and when I had trouble re installing it I asked for assistance. The next business day Aisen the grandson of the owner came to the house and installed the shade quickly. He did a great job and we appreciate the service aspect of VSC thank you.
3 years ago, after a house fire Lisa and crew installed my replacement blinds. I cannot say enough about the continuous service this company offers.
I added on motorized shades and they have been wonderful about replacing batteries and revisiting when I have had any normal service needs.
You get what you pay for. Go with this reputable company and they will not only give you professional advice, but also be right there whenever a need arises. Quality and service. I can't recommend them enough
