The work was timely, professional, and done in a day. There was a small miscommunication on placement of a bracket, which they corrected the same day, as well as the cost and process for if they encountered lead paint (they resolved that professionally and amicably too). A couple years later they went above and beyond and were willing to offer some seismic advice on some chimney work we were planning.

Zack, James and Brian (on the plumbing side) all did a brilliant job and were a pleasure to have in our home.
