We are so glad we chose Peace of Mind Construction to fix our dry rot issue in our crawl space (caused by a leaking shower). Zack, James and Brian (on the plumbing side) all did a brilliant job and were a pleasure to have in our home. They replaced the rotten beams in our crawl space, installed a new shower (including pipes, showerhead and taps) and gave us a fantastic new bathroom floor (yeah, we're really happy with it!). They then repaired and painted all the drywalling that was affected by the remodel perfectly. Just as importantly, they completed the job on time with minimal fuss and were sensitive to our indoor cats' needs. My wife and I highly recommend this company.
I never ended up obtaining their services because they were doing their last roofing job for the season on my neighbors house and said it would hold until next year, then I recently moved.
They did a quick, honest, and accurate quote for me and emailed it to me all for free. The price is what I was expecting, they didn't try to over charge for anything and he explained to me what everything on the list was for.
I plan to request them to come give me a quote for the home I just acquired, because it's way worse. 500k house for $230k though!
We had the whole peace of mind crew update our showers and kitchen and it was a smooth process from start to finish the work is top notch and our house looks like a show room.
