“They’ve convinced a forest fairy to trust in the magic of Beauticians, again. The staff at Lush are artists of esthetic. I walked in on a Saturday and was met instantly with a warm staff, happy clientele, and calm atmosphere. Beautiful! The place is beautiful. From flooring to decor, a very nice spa atmosphere. Well appointed stations, clean, and organized. Pleasing on the senses, the lighting is soft and air moves well, no chemical smells. I showed the gal at the desk my nails explaining I would prefer a different shape to the structure of the nail. I had gotten acrylics the end of May celebrating a birthday and was under impressed and over charged. In minutes I had chosen a cat eye finish and was seated with a wonderful technician who worked with the skill and experience her youthful appearance did not suggest. She prepped quickly after asking a few questions about shape. Next, she had me approve the shape of the pinky nail she built and my face cracked open so wide. “Perfect!” They are. She masterfully commanded the cat eye polish into a sphere shape resembling perhaps full moons, or gemstones, exactly as I had chosen. I literally squealed and giggled, they are so perfect! I had requested the same design from the previous salon, they did not quality control, they did not execute the design, and they didn’t care. My experience at Lush was the wonderful. In a hard economy where not everyone is willing to strive for a happy client, rather to just work fast, Lili at Lush is an amazing nail technician and an excellent nail artist. I will see them for lashes this week, also. They’ve landed a client for life.“

The proprietor of beauty box was friendly from the get go even tho I was just some random walk in who didn’t even have the courtesy to call before hand. She helped me fix the problem in a few minutes, charged a very reasonable amount for it and did it all with kindness. I was so appreciative of her I wanted to let everyone know how happy I was. I love that they ask if you like your length/color choice and whether you want regular/shellac/gel paint BEFORE starting the service. VERY COMMUNICATIVE!!
If you decide you don't like something, they have no issue redoing it or starting over, hence why they ask if you approve after doing the first one so you have a chance to change your mind before they've done more. I've always had a pleasant visit when coming here. All the staff are very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure their clients are pleased. If anyone says different, they're lying! PERIOD.
I watched each tech while doing nails or feet, make sure their customer is satisfied with the service they're doing. NOT AFTER THE FACT, like other nail shops. They have the best options for pedicures also!

“I'm relatively new to getting acrylic/gel, but I have several close friends who have gone other places and they always compliment my nails when I get them done here! The pricing is very reasonable for someone wanting a simple set, and the staff is friendly and does a good job. I've been working and rebooking with Annie specifically, and I'm very happy with her application and artwork! I can't speak to more complicated sets since mine have mostly been more simple (she did do great airbrushed aura nails for my birthday though), but I'd definitely recommend. If you're new to nails like I was, just know that a new set will cost more than a refill, so don't get too sticker-shocked thinking it's that much every time. The refills have been about $70-90 (very competitive pricing when you look up other nail techs) depending on artwork and have lasted 3-4 weeks before any nail lifting. I'm *hard* on my nails, so this is honestly impressive. Never lost one yet from Annie's application!“
